All packages ship from India.
Do you ship globally?

Yes, we ship globally through mail forwarding services only.
Why don’t you ship directly to my address through international couriers?

We do not ship directly to your home address through FedEx, DHL, UPS and other international couriers as their shipping charges from India are exaggerated and much higher than what you would pay through mail forwarding service companies.
What is a mail forwarding service company?

A service company that provides you with a local address in India (for free!) for us to ship your package to, and then they forward your package to your home address in your country of residence using global courier companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, others) and charge you lower international shipping fees accordingly.
What is your preferred mail service company?

If you already utilize a different mail forwarding service, we will ship to any address within India that you provide us.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all our shipping is free of charge anywhere domestically in India, including your local mail forwarding address.

You will pay international shipping charges according to the rates of your mail forwarding service provider to your country.
I have been notified that my order is on hold?

When you do not provide us with a proper mail forwarding address in India to ship to, your order will be on hold until you provide us with a proper address.

We do not process refunds.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

We work with fulfillment agents in India who source the contents of your order from multiple local suppliers before consolidating them in one package and shipping.

Expect order fulfillment and shipping from our store within 7-10 business days from your order.
My order still hasn’t arrived to my mail forwarding address in India?

We ship with local Indian couriers who typically take anywhere between 2-5 business days to deliver your order to your mail forwarding service provider address in India, depending on their location.
How can I track my order after it arrives my mail forwarding address in India?

Your mail forwarding service provider (Aramex, Shoppre, others) will provide you with an airwaybill number to track on courier website (FedEx, UPS, DHL, others) as soon as they ship your package from India to your international address.
My order never arrived after shipping from India?

Please address this issue with your courier service provider.

Customs Clearance

What can I do to minimize chances of my package being taxed or stuck in customs?
  • DO NOT MAKE BIG ORDERS: the more items in your package, the higher chance customs officials in your home country will tax the package (or even deny it entry in some cases). Having 5-7 items in one package is generally acceptable for entry into most countries. EU's weight limit is 2kgs on herbal imports.
  • DO NOT MAKE HIGH VALUE ORDERS: some countries do not charge any taxes on packages with values under a certain limit (check your country’s import policies). A general rule of thumb: the higher the value of your order, the higher the chance you will pay taxes
  • Limit all orders to contents of a 3-month doctor prescription as it is a legal requirement for export in India and import in most countries including US, Canada, Europe, and Australia
What paperwork accompany my package?

All orders are shipped with an official commercial invoice and an official doctor prescription for up to 3 months, which are legally required for export from India and import into most countries in the Middle East, US, Canada, EU, Australia and elsewhere.

We do not provide any further paperwork or product descriptions if required by your country’s customs clearance officials for whatever reason. You will have to manually get them online from manufacturer’s website or elsewhere.
Do products get taxed when they arrive to my home country?

Depends on your country’s import policies and customs clearance fees.

We have had the same product enter into the same country for free without any duties and with levied taxes at times.

We declare minimum acceptable values for each item on your commercial invoice to minimize any additional taxes charged by customs in your home country.
Why is there a difference between my order’s invoice I paid online and the one that arrived along with package?

We declare minimum acceptable values for all items on the commercial invoice that accompanies your package to facilitate easier customs clearance and lower tax charges (if any).

We also do not include the service fees incurred in fulfilling your order, including sourcing, consolidation, packaging, domestic India shipping, and official doctor prescription for export processing fees.  
How long does customs clearance usually take?

Depends on your country procedures but usually take 1-3 business days. You can check with your courier service provider on status as they will be doing the clearance on your behalf.
I want to buy a lot of herbs and supplements to stock my home pharmacy?

Please do so over several small orders of 5-7 items each and do not make one large order.

Try not to order more than 2-3 items of the same product as your package might be flagged as intended for commercial use by your country's customs clearance agents.
I placed a big order and they are not allowing it for export out of India?

Please do not make big orders and limit each to 5-7 items.

As per India export regulations on Ayurvedic products, you cannot order more than a 3-month supply under doctor prescription for personal use.

We do not process refunds or returns.
My mail forwarding service provider refuses to ship the package to my country due to items prohibited for import into my country?

Though this rarely happens, it is your responsibility to check for any items restricted from import and entry into your country.

We do not provide any refunds in such cases and will work with you to replace these items at an additional cost. Additional domestic India shipping charges to retrieve and re-ship your order will also apply.
Any prohibited items to Middle Eastern countries?

Some countries prohibit the import of Shilajit, sexual enhancers, and alcohol-fermented herbal Ayurvedic formulations.
